The House:
Our crash pad is fully furnished with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With 1,400 sq ft of space, each room is spacious and allows for each guest to have privacy. Lounge and hang out in the open concept living room and kitchen, get to studying in the separate office space, or enjoy privacy in your own bedroom. There is plenty of space to get to work or relax in this newly built unit.
The short, easy drive onto base makes those early mornings or late nights much less painful. With numerous restaurants within a 2 mile radius, getting a good meal when you can’t be bothered to cook is as easy as swinging by on your way home from work.
Whether you are alone or with the kiddos, Dupree Park is less than a mile from the house, offering peaceful walkways and a big playground for the little ones.

For our PCS members, you will pay the O-1 BAH without dependents rate. Internet, cleaning services, and maintenance are all included with that rate! You will be responsible for all other utilities.

As stated, we know the importance of adhering to the per diem rates and regulations for TDY stays. We will work to assure that all regulations are met. With those rates, it is also guaranteed that you will not have any out of pocket expenses during your stay (that’s right, all utilities included!).
